This dataset contains images of induced pluripotent stem cell (iPSC) colonies acquired on a Zeiss microscope over a 55 x 55 grid tiles at 10% overlap in phase contrast modality. The cells are the ND2.0 NIH CRM control iPSC line as specified here.
The purpose of acquiring this dataset was to test the performance of image stitching tools as a function of the grid size.
