This version is a minor release, including new features and bug fixes.

New features

Image Processing module
  • - Pyramid export: export pyramids visualization configured from the Visualization view

Fixed issues

  • - Output images from CNN training jobs were PNG instead of OME TIFF.
  • - Some Fogbank jobs were hanging indefinitely due to logs reader buffer being filled up.
  • - Some WIPP REST API endpoints were not generated dynamically after application startup, causing access issues in certain cases.
  • - Pyramid Visualization manifests were stored as String instead of nested Document in the database, causing access issues in certain cases.
