This version is a minor release including bug fixes and improvements.

  • - GPU support for CNN training

Improvements

  • - MIST stitching now uses FFTW instead of Java FFTW approximation
  • - Improved object cluster function in Fogbank segmentation
  • - Advanced configuration for CNN training job now available
  • - WIPP Core code was updated to use Java Spring Boot 2.0
  • - Improved stability of Docker deployment

Fixed issues

  • - Mask Labelling job produces non-labeled images for 16 bit images
  • - Stitching job: incorrect order of time slices when using Time sequence of 1 FOV with time pattern
  • - Feature extraction: Feature2DMatlab returns incorrect entropy results
  • - Image upload: import errors uploading images with option "Include path in images names"
  • - Pyramids: the range slider bar in pyramids stops at the 5th frame
  • - CNN Training job no longer yields statistics file
