Release notes - WIPP 1.1.0

This version is a minor release, including enhancements and bug fixes.

New features

- Image type conversion jobs: using ImageJ library, allow conversion of image type between 8/16/32 bpp
- New option in tessellation jobs allows generation of masks for each image of an input image collection
- New option in pyramid building jobs allows on the fly intensity scaling of an input image collection for proper display
- All images of the collection will be considered as time slices in Stitching job if using the option "Time sequence of 1 FOV" with no file name time pattern
- Feature extraction jobs: added start and end times, duration, and error messages
- Feature extractors: added Cell Profiler, ImageJ and MaZda features, updated Matlab features
- Improved version of the Statistical Modeling view toolkit

- Pegasus dashboard is now saved between Docker containers restarts
- Feature extractors metadata are not inserted multiple times after a Docker container restart anymore
- Job status is now properly set to FAILED instead of staying SUBMITTED is Pegasus is not able to submit it
- Stitching vector creation will now work when the time slices range is specified and the first time slice in the collection is not 0 or 1
- Matlab feature extractor not working for intensity images with no masks is now fixed
- Matlab feature extractor failing for entropy in some cases is now fixed
- Bug fixes in Statistical Modeling view toolkit
