This version is a major release, including new features and bug fixes.

New features

General

• - WIPP version is diplayed in footer, and recorded in jobs metadata

(New) Machine Learning module

• - K-means clustering job based on Weka using Feature Extraction results

Image Processing module

• - CNN-based segmentation job using TensorFlow (beta)
• - Annotation module in pyramid view (beta)
• - Lineage visualization based on Tracking Vectors

Feature Extraction module

• - Addition of filters and sort options to job list view
• - Addition of 131 MaZda features
• - New simplified feature naming convention in resulting CSV files

Images Management module

• - New options in Upload images: ignore sub-folders, include sub-folders path in image name, filename pattern filtering

Fixed issues

• - Unique constraint on feature extraction jobs names
• - Search and filters return jobs from all types of jobs from a job type list view
• - Jobs stay in RUNNING, SUBMITTED or QUEUED state after system restart - should be FAILED
• - Download of first 10 time slices does not work - stitching vector
• - Unable to change from row-column to sequential pattern in stitching job after selecting Mosaic option
• - Matlab feature extractor failing due to NaN
